Community Builders Fellowships 2005-2008

 Community Builders Fellows are people who:

• Have an idea that will get something done

• Are committed to their plan to build community involvement and action

• Follow their passion and inspire others to make positive change happen

What Are Fellowships?

The success of Community Builders Fellows has made us again ask residents of North Central Massachusetts, "What's Your Passion?"

The 2008 Fellowship applications are now available, email us for more information.

Fellowships are awards for people who have creative ideas about how to get others involved in building stronger people and places in North Central Massachusetts (view Community Builders service area).  We are looking for elders, students, neighbors, parents, business people, caregivers...anyone who says, "that's me!" to these three criteria:

1. You have an idea that will get something done
2. You are committed to your plan to build community involvement and action
3. You are following your passion and will inspire others to join you in making positive change in our area

If you are selected to receive a Community Builders Fellowship, you will receive a cash award to turn your plan into action.  The average Fellowship ranges from $500 to $3000.  Requests for larger amounts will be considered.

How Do I Apply?

To apply for a Community Builders Fellowship, we ask you to do two things:

Application Deadlines

Applications will be accepted as "rolling submission"  throughout the year, and will be awarded two times a year.
