HealthAlliance Hospital – Leominster Campus
Simonds Building, Entrance F, Guild Conference Room
Online computer exploration opens a world of possibilities for children, expanding their horizons and exposing them to different cultures and ways of life, but like the real world, aspects of the virtual world can be harmful and dangerous. This threat can be reduced by alerting children and parents to the problems associated with this technology.
Sgt. Glenn Fossa of the Fitchburg Police Department shows you how to identify the potential hazards and what you can do to make sure your child is protected. MySpace.com safety will also be discussed.
This program is free but pre-registration is required. To register, call 978-466-2191.
