- Vigil for Molly
Vigil for Molly will be held at the Warren Town Commons~
June 27th, at 7 p.m.
Students that Magi Bish had when Molly went missing presented her with an eight foot "totem pole" at the begining of June.
Their middle school art teacher was retiring and wanted to do a special project, He has studied NW Native Americans and has done two other totem poles. Magi had learned that they tell a story about a clan or family and use symbols to represent the story. It was a beautiful gift worked on by 95% of the Jr. high school children and will be blessed by Blackfeather at Molly's seventh anniversary vigil this June 27th, at 7 p.m. at the Warren Town Common.
The students presented this gift in an auditorium with native American flute music, carried in by eight students. It was touching and will continue to share Molly's story for years to come. It will be placed in our atrium near Magi Bish's classroom, at Old Mill Elem. School.
The children gave her a beautiful gift of love with lots of hard work!
If you cannot come to Molly's anniversary we are giving it a theme this year "Justice for Molly" we are asking people to say a prayer starting at 10:00 when Molly was taken and to continue when you think of her for the next 7 hours. These seven hours represent the 7 years of hope that we may yet catch this evil person who harmed and killed our Molly!
Love, Magi
